4. Payments & Deposits
Project pricing and payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins. In most cases, a deposit is required before a project can commence. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Final files, websites, or deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are fully settled.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed project scope. Requests that significantly change the original scope of work may require additional charges, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of finalized deliverables created specifically for the client will transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Korezi Tech LTD reserves the right to display completed projects, designs, or non-confidential work in its portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.
7. Website Management & Third-Party Services
Some services may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, payment processors, or external tools. Korezi Tech LTD is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical issues originating from third-party services beyond our direct control.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable and professional services, Korezi Tech LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, fails to make agreed payments, or uses our services for unlawful purposes.
