Lead UI/UX Designer.

About the Role

We need a visionary Lead UI/UX Designer who understands that design is how it works, not just how it looks. You will lead the visual direction for our agency and our premium client roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
• Work directly with engineering to ensure your designs are implemented flawlessly.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product design experience (agency experience is a plus).
• Mastery of Figma, Auto Layout, and advanced prototyping.
• A stunning portfolio showcasing modern, premium SaaS or e-commerce designs.
• Strong understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS/React).
